What Activity Does Instagram Display for Other Users?

Who They Follow

On a user’s profile, click on “following” at the top, which shows the number of accounts the person follows. This will take you to a list of these accounts. Note that this page doesn’t show when they started following these users; it merely lists the users.

Who Follows Them

Next to the “following” number on the user’s profile, you’ll see “followers,” listing the number of their followers. Clicking this will lead you to a page that lists everyone who follows them. As with the accounts they follow, you can only see a general list, not the specific dates when users started following them.

Their Posts

A user’s published posts are easy to find on Instagram: simply visit their profile and scroll down. You can see who liked their posts, but you can’t see any of their interactions on posts published by others.
